One of my favorite luxury items is a travel tin by Seda France. I have posted before about how I adore their candles. I never travel without one of these. They make a hotel room smell like home and smell incredibly wonderful. They are also perfect for the office, powder room, any small room, and make a perfect hostess gift. With its gold embossed tin, hand-poured premium ingredients, and 12-24 hour burn time, this is luxury at a great price! Luxurious touches like these need not cost a lot.

I liked Seda but found their wicks produce a lot of black smoke - do you find that the case?

Beth, what brick-and-mortar stores carry this brand? I always like to smell a candle in person before I purchase.
a.-I remember you left this comment on Peak of Chic as well. I have not found this to be the case. Normally black smoke is caused by too long a wick. Wicks should be kept trimmed on all candles to 1/4". Drafts are another cause. A great alternative is their diffusers-they last for months.
