The stunning Blue Bar by interior designer David Collins at the Berkeley Hotel in London is the most beautiful bar I have ever seen. It's lacquered blue walls establish a mood of elegance and sophistication that is truly transcendent. It defies the conventional wisdom that blue in interior design is more of a beach or country living look, or best resigned to bedrooms.
