2010 Emmys

I must admit that I have never seen so many ugly dresses all at once. My pick for the most elegant look at the Emmys was Keri Russell who wore a vintage gown right out of her closet. Her dress was a late 70s vintage hot pink Jean Louis Scherrer she bough a decade ago with Jimmy Choo gold sandals, Judith Leiber clutch, and Jennifer Behr flower in her hair. Lovely!

A Sophisticated Headband Girl

Jennifer Behr's fall 09 headband collection turns over to the dark side. Behr has gone in a whole new direction that can simply be described as edgy. These headwraps and headbands are punk and victorian goth inspired. I can see Blair Waldorf adorning a few of these mouth-watering pieces in the new season of Gossip Girl. She knows how to vamp it up when evening rolls around. But it's safe to say she won't be wearing the spike & studded head piece though ;). Watch this show if only for the fashion. It's the new Sex and the City in regards to stellar style. I'm infatuated by the netted hair piece and the feathered headband. Wear a Behr creation and become a dark and seductive Upper East Side princess in no time.
