A great pair of patent heels in fuxia? The color fuchsia, named after the plant fuchsia, is so often misspelled fuschia that this spelling seems to have become acceptable as well. Kate Spade has given up on which is right, and has called this color "fuxia." At any rate, it is a perfect pair of shoes for spring and summer.

Once you know that the fuchsia was named after the German scientist Leonhart Fuchs you will never have problems with the spelling again.
By the way, it is one of my favourite colours. It makes me so happy. Love the plant too.
